Within Europe we supply private end customers and dealers. We deliver larger orders to dealers worldwide.

We calculate the following shipping costs depending on the destination country:

Germany: flat rate 3.99 EUR (incl. VAT 19%)
Austria: flat rate 7.99 EUR (incl. VAT 19%)
Switzerland: flat rate 19.99 EUR (incl. VAT 19%)

EU countries zone 1: EUR 8.99 (incl. VAT 19%)
EU countries zone 2: EUR 9.99 (incl. VAT 19%)
EU countries zone 3: 11.99 EUR (incl. VAT 19%)

In addition to postage costs, the flat-rate shipping fee also includes costs for packaging material. We usually use DHL for shipping, for larger shipments or shipments outside of Germany we may use other logistics partners. On request, we will be happy to provide you with the tracking numbers at any time.

The delivery time is about 3 - 7 working days.
To more distant European countries it can take up to 14 days.

If you choose the payment method "payment in advance", you will receive an e-mail with the information required for the transfer after placing your order. As soon as we have received the money, we will process your order.

Choose the PayPal payment method or click on the "Direct to PayPal" button in your shopping cart or in the "Checkout" menu to pay with the PayPal payment service. The PayPal interface will then appear, where you can enter the access data for your account or, if necessary, create a new account.
